Tampa Bay · 1% Listing Commission

Your Tampa Neighbor. Your Realtor.

I grew up here, I live here, and I love this city. Let me help you buy or sell  for just 1%.

The 1% Difference

1%Listing Commission

You save on a $400k home

$8,000

vs. a typical 3% listing agent

Most agents charge 3%. I charge 1%.

That's not a typo! I believe in fair, transparent pricing, and I believe you should keep more of your money. On a $400,000 home, that's $8,000 back in your pocket. On a $600,000 home? $12,000 saved versus a typical 3% fee.

A little about me

From Hungary to Tampa

I came to the US from Hungary as a kid and grew up right here in Brandon. I was raised playing in these neighborhoods, going to school here, and watching this area grow into what it is today.

Now, as an adult, I call downtown Tampa home. I love this city's waterfront, the energy, the food scene, the way every neighborhood has its own personality.

That's why I got into real estate. I wanted to help my neighbors find their dream homes in this city. The best way to do that was to make the process easier, more honest, and a whole lot more affordable - starting with that 1% listing rate.

Places I know and love

Tampa Bay, inside and out

Downtown Tampa

Where I live! Downtown Tampa is known for its waterfront views, great restaurants, and a community that keeps growing.

Brandon

Where I grew up. Family friendly, more affordable, and one of the most underrated spots in the whole Bay area.

South Tampa

Beautiful streets, top schools, and the classic Tampa charm. Hyde Park and Bayshore are hard to beat.

St. Petersburg

Across the bridge but absolutely worth it. Vibrant arts scene, amazing food, and waterfront living at its finest.

Wesley Chapel

One of the fastest-growing areas in Florida! great for families looking for space, new builds, and top-rated schools.

Riverview

Convenient, affordable, and close to everything. A great option for first-time buyers and growing families.

Casual coffee meeting

No pitch. No pressure.

Just good conversation.

Whether you're thinking about selling, buying, or just curious about what your home might be worth — I'd love to meet up for coffee or a drink and chat. Seriously, no pressure. Just people talking about real estate over a good cup of coffee.
